Due to some financial issue I was not able to pay the emi for this month June 2023 the recovery agent is making multiple calls even though we both messaged over whatsapp. Before last month I put advance emi payments and the agent is not ready to hear all those. The recovery agent visit my house even when I’m not there to intentionally question my credibility and he asks for my mother’s number to contact her for the repayment. Even though bajaj never gave me a notification through email that they will send their agent to my house for not paying 1 emi.
I’m a working professional and doing the night shift for living so I’m not able to take or make calls in the day time because of the tiredness.
I don’t know why bajaj is acting like this.
They are trying to make the repayment by mentally torturing the customers by visiting their house and degrading their credibility before the neighborhood.
