i have a bajaj rbl supercard i informed both customer care and the collection agent that due to covid situation i am unable to pay emi amount more than 4000 or if they can settle my amount which not more thn 4000 per month bt i didnt get any response from mail nd agent force me to do settle amount 20000 per mnth or i have to pay more thn 8000 per mnth.he come to my ofc and harass me.agent name abhijit saha ph no 8617586851..kindly take action
