I am R.Naresh Yadav doing contract in Indian Railways. Recently I had faced a problem .
As we had requirement of the Bajaj Flood lights and 100 ft flag mast dome . we have searched the indiamart and got the dealer Mr. Mukesh Sharma details and contacted him. we have given the order for 4No’s BJFL 350 WATTS BAJAJ FLOOD LIGHTS and 2 No’s of 100 Ft Flag mast DOME which have been offered for the price of RS.85,841/- including the GST and transport. We have transferred the amount to the dealer
bank account Yes Bank Limited ,. A/C No : 064163300000513 ,. IFSC CODE :YESB0000641.
As total amount received to the dealer .He promise the material will reach us with in the week as he placed ordered from Bajaj company and it will take two days to process and two to three days to reach our contact address. But after one week we tried calling him ,But he is not responding and not giving any reply for the messages . Then we have contacted the Deputy Manager of Bajaj company Mr.Gaurav Paliwal , he had cleared us that Mr. Mukesh Sharma not have placed any ordered for the material . we have been requesting Mr. Gaurav Paliwal to contact him and help us . After Mr.Gaurav Paliwal contacted the dealer Mr.Mukesh Sharma and Later the dealer had responded to our calls and messages. He is keep on promising to send the material or refund the amount.But he is doing neither of them . I request you to strictly take action on Mr.MukeshSharma
