I have taken mortgage home loan from Bajaj Finserv , my loan A/C numbers are as follows: H413DHT0162793 and H413DHB0162788 .
I require a copy of the Loan Sanction letter , since I wish to foreclose the loan.
I have already waited for two months , since 16.12.2021, to resolve the issue, yet it has been the standard response to wait for 60 days. On 10.02.2022, I again requested for the issue of the copy of the sanction letter , yet the response I got is to wait for 60 days.
I have waited very patiently to resolve the issue, yet there is no resolution in sight.. I don’t wish to wait 60 days, it was promised to provide the letter in February.
Due to this home loan I am paying higher interest and so I want to foreclose the loan, but O can’t proceed with the copy of the loan sanction letter.
Bajaj Finserv’s representative Shri Parth Patel( Mobile number:-9638155745) didn’t give me the sanction letter .
