Text of Complaint by Srinivasan Elangovan:

Sir, I have Personal loan with Bajaj Finserv. Due to COVID 19 issues and as per the RBI guidelines , where the country’s Central Bank has extended the facilities of moratorium to all till August 2020. Bajaj Finserv is reluctant to extend such facilities despite the options shown in their website where the company without intimating any rasons whatever to the customers are presenting EMI to the banks for payment and then engaged their collection agents Came to home and speak with my wife to harass and pressurise cusotmers to pay off EMI despite mails and follow ups without citing any valid reasons as to why and on what ground the Moratorium is not extended.
