Hi Team, worst experience with Bajaj electricals.
It’s been 11 months I have purchased Bajaj cooler ( DC -2016 ) after 3 months of purchase louvers control lever was not working.
I have contacted customer care people for my complaint but no body turn up for resolution.
Complaint are closed without visiting at the customer’s place.. kindly look into the matter..
My complaint numbers are : 12435075 – this complaint has been closed without any solution.
14239010 – new complaint number ( still chasing Bajaj electricals )

I have registered a complaint regarding IWH 3LITRE MAJESTY ISI instant water heater (2 no’s) not working.
The Call ID’s are CHE24101800156189751 and CHE24101800156189752. Now one engineer from Bajaj service centre called me and verified about the nature of complaint and asked me to pay Rs. 250/- per heater and total Rs. 500/- for attending the complaint itself. I don’t know why you people are giving warranty?. Is anybody will pay service charge for attending the complaint during warranty period? I required necessary reply with justification at the earliest.
