2 years back, I have taken 2 policies from Bajaj Allianz for investment purpose for a monthly premium around Rs. 30K. In feb 2000, a lady from Policy Bazar called, saying that she is from Bajaj Allianz and gave all the details about my existing policies. since she revealed all the information about my policies, I believed that she is from Bajaj Allianz. Then she said, Sir, you one policy do not have any growth. why don’t you take alternative policy instead?. i felt it was correct, then i said OK to go for new ULIP policy. Till the time the policy was issued, she was very much in contact with me. once the Policy was issued, she was not answering my calls and also declining my calls. the reason I was contacting her was there were so many mistakes in the policy. i wrote to Bajaj allianz also. but till date no solution.
since I feel cheated, I want you to help in cancelling the policy and arrange for the refund at the earliest. I shall share the details, once I get response to my complaint.
