I traveled from Toronto to Delhi in AI 188 landed on 7th feb but no baggage was delivered to me.I along with my brother collected one bag from Chandigarh airport one was delivered to me at Khanna and third on 12th Feb still one is missing.Had visited Chandigarh airport four times but of no use. No body is picking the phone on c care no one is responding to my emails.
My bag is the most important one.
Its the worst experience I faced. I am going back next week but still Air India making fun of me.Check the behaviour of your staff.It seems that I am abeggar.
