Text of Complaint by Anugrah Charles:

My bag with the following details was mishandled by the spicejet staff during transit and I am requesting them to provide full compensation of the same .

I had also provided them the receipt of the bag ( skybag ) which I bought for Rs 3500

They are only providing partial compensation which is not useful as my bag has become non -usable . Stitching will not help as the cloth is torn from between  .

I would request the authorities to help me to get bag replacement / full compensation for the same .
