Text of Complaint by Shady Abukhella:

I have ordered a return flight flexible ticket from mytrip.com and changed the flight date from 29th of December to the 30th of December, I have purchased extra baggage 15kg while ordering the first flight, my trip didn’t moved the baggage to the new flight and requested me to contact Turkish airline, I did that and the representative from Turkish issues a new ticket for the new date but without mentioning anything about the baggages, I had to pay Turkish airline a high fee of 255 euros for my baggage!! This was my worst customer service I’ve ever received, I’ve tried to contact both Turkish airlines and mytrip but they both don’t much care.
