I have raised a complaint in airsewa app regarding cracked(damaged) baggage.
However airsewa nodal officer(Isha Gandhi and amrita gill-Indigo) has closed the complaint as resolved by fraudulently categorising the damage as a damage to handle.
There is no damage to handle. The damage has happened to the main polycarbonate body. The body is cracked. This crack is big enough to put a finger inside it (Please refer attached photos).
I have also uploaded a photo of the bag in complaint given on airsewa app, where it is clearly visible that the damage is a big crack on the main body of the polycarbonate trolley.
Photo of damage to handle was not uploaded. Still the airsewa nodal office has fraudulently categorised the complaint as damage to handle as per following comment is airsewa complaint id HU098068.
“We would like to confirm that as per our conditions of carriage mentioned on our website- www.goindigo.in damage to retractable luggage handles falls under minor wear and tear, which does not warrant any compensation”
Till now 4 grievance have been raised for this baggage issue. (TU994749, TP713731, FT131649, HU098068)
All the above grievance reported is being immediately closed fraudulently as resolved with giving any resolution.
I request to take stern action against such nodal officer who are not fair to complaint and are favouring the airline by hiding there incompatibility to handle baggage with care.
Please help in getting the issue resolved by giving a fair and unbiased resolution.
