I have Flight from Dubai to Chandigarh on 02.08.2023. When my bag came it was broken and damaged seems to be bag was thrown badly by person handling bags in plane. We have informed the Indigo Staffs but they were not helping us instead of compensating us for damaged bags ,they were selling Rs 5000 voucher of next flight on Indigo validity upto 6 months which was ridiculous. How can someone can accept this type of behavior’s from Airlines ? Still we are requesting compensation through they website, the CS Team is making us fool and not compensating us for bags.
