Text of Complaint by Yogesh:

my baggage was damaged and even after repeated follow up no response and no action has been taken. first they were even registering my complain saying bag is expensive and we do not offer any compensation for baggage damage as its not our concern. later after repeatedly telling them to file a case or i will call the cops they registered a complain i have attached the copy of baggage damage.
