The suitcase I brought while flying from kolkata to Bangalore on 17th July 2023, has been received damaged as the handle of the baggage was completely dislodged and broken. It was in the right form while I submitted in the luggage and once I got the suitcase at the arrival point, i.e. Bangalore. The flight no. Is Indigo 6E 0487 ( 9:15 pm take off from Kolkata)
