This complaint is against mistreatment and fake promises done by PG accomodation owner.
She owns a pg named saluja pg near shadipur metro station.
Address- W/9 west patel nagar, near shadipur metro station, above equitas small finance bank and nycc salon (110008) delhi
Following are the major issues faced during our stay in her PG:
1. Speaking arrogantly all the time
2. Poor quality of food
2. No proper cleaning
3. Not allowing us to cook maggie even at once.
4. Charging inappropriately for the AC units. We pay 3000 per month for AC for a single room
5. My PG owner doesn’t care about the safety of the girs.
This building is too old, if earthquake comes, no doubt if this building falls down.
6. The owner is illegally constructing rooms within the rooms.
7. We girls don’t even have a proper space to roam in our rooms.
8. Also she charges rent from us alot knowing that we are students but she takes advantage of that.
9 She don’t even provide any kind of maintanence, if we ask for something, she just says that you can leave the pg next month.
It is my request please give a visit to it.
There are numerous other issues except the above stated. It is sort of never ending list.
