Before, we changed our wifi, our wifi was PLDT. We changed because we encountered a lot of events where our wifi will be cut off, and it will only be back after a few days. It was fine at first, but as the times goes on, our wifi always gets cut off and it affects my studies because it was during ODL when all of this was happening. Which is why, I made a complaint to inform them that they should immediately fix the wifi connectivity issues because its a hassle to those who are in need of wifi connection for school, for jobs, and as well as in other things.
