Text of Complaint by Vishrut sharma:

And we were in a group of four the first incident happened with us we asked for express tickets the man out there he gave us regular tickets and for every ride there were waiting time for 1hour each so we ended up doing timepass on wave pool,2nd incident was the satff person who’s name is Ajinkya he gave us a defected tshirt which was for 650rs and den wen we asked him to change he is like we cannot do anything and when we said if uh can’t do den keep this defected shirt with you and he gave us attitude and took the tshirt and threw it(this was from 5:30-6:30pm) 3rd incident we asked the man about the snow park tickets we were ready to pay for the tickets then and there but he said if you buy it from the aqua Imagica counter it would be cheaper se at 6:30pm we left aqua Imagica ,as soon as we asked the guy at the counter for tickets he said our system is down we can’t book you have to go to the snow park and get it ,then we went to the snow park ,they said we don’t sell tickets here,you have to buy it from the main counter and then we were pissed we wanted to complaint but they were not allowing us to ,they said we will take it as a feedback and after some time one guy helped us and gave us the tickets and we were 20mins late for that snow session per session is for 45min we were there for only 5mins and another incident happens as dere was no proper management some guy from the visitors pushed one of my friend and her wrist got dislocated and there were no first aid kit available but the security guy helped us and there was a lady who took us to a medical room there the doctor said go and buy the Cr@pe bandaid which was for 310rs and money is not an issue but the service was 3rd class service and no action was taken
