Since over 2 months GTPL broadband in my area is facing outages. Every now and then GTPL broadband internet connection is not available and then you have to raise ticket and the response time is also pathetic. Mostly it is case of bulk outage in my area in which case you cant even raise a ticket since app blocks service request raising mentioning there is a bulk outage we are working on it. But this has become a daily thing, regularly there is bulk outage and internet disconnectivity. I being a customer am not totally frustrated because of internet service unavailability and even after multiple complaints GTPL is not acting on it. Even today there is a bulk outage in my area.
