I am a regular customer of airtel dth past 10 years . About 3 months set top box turn off suddenly when we watching TV. After 1 or 3 hours turned on manually. I complained 7 times to airtel customer care. After the 3rd attempt the technician come home and change the set-top box. After that the problem is restarted. In 24 hours set top turn on only 3 or 4 hours. I complained it to customer care and. They not take any action about It.
