GTPL broadband service in Hematnagar
I have complained a lot to the GTPL Customer Service Center about bad service and irresponsible himmtangar branch staff, I have complained 7 to 10 times that I just got a complaint number, not a solution. Also, the staff of the himmatnagr branch did not give a proper answer, they have no sense of how to treat the customer. And also they have closed the complaint without solving our problem and still our internet network is not working, and also the customer care number is not working properly.
Very bad provider of services
