Text of Complaint by Ishan Bajpai:

we have Tata Sky subscription on the name of Mr Ishan Bajpai located in Taloja Phase 2 Mangala residency 18th Floor. Due to some technical issue our setup box is not getting functional results in we are not able to watch TV. We had complain this around 5 days back through communicating customer care, initially one person visited the place and without resolving issue they close the problem online. After waiting for 2 days we get to know that they close the problem without actually resolving issue.
This is actually not called service. And on complaining again they have not send any representative to resolve the issue and avoiding to declare timeline by which we can expect to resolve. This is again not called as service or relationship. This is not a way to deal with customers. We require problem to be resolved soon.( today or tomorrow).
