Text of Complaint by Zinhle Motloung:

I logged a call regarding a leak in my ceiling, they sent a company to fix, within months same spot was showing water marks, meaning it was leaking again. They sent a different company to assess, I want told to pay a fee before fixing, I refused based on the fact that. I paid first time why should I pay again for fixing work not done properly. Since then they went quite on me. I’ve sent emails but no respond and no Solution to my problem but I’m paying my premium every month without fail.
