My Jio Fiber internet connection has stopped working since last two day even after call customer care around 15-16 times still the reply that I get from them is we apologise for inconvenience your engineer will visit which he never did and never got any call from engineer. When asked to escalate the issue the customer care agents blatantly disconnected the call. I am working from and unable to login due to this issue. And when we finally got the engineer phone number he said over the call that I cannot come I have logged into the work but I’m at home for EID and cannot visit for next 2 days. Even after asking to highlight this inability of the engineers to visit there is no response from Jio
