Llyods washing machine, purchased in Jan 2019. We have raised complaint on 26th july 2022 by dialling Havells customer care for the repaire of Llyods washing machine. A person came n took washing maching door lock which was purchased a day before he came. He said he will be coming in the next week which he didn’t turned back till date. I. Keep on calling him but he didn’t pick the call. I started calling customer care but they are saying we will send within 24 or 48 hours but they are not coming. It is happening from 1st August nearly 4 to 5 times i called customer care but no use, they are just giving false statements. I don’t know whether they will come or not, kindly resolve this problem on priority.
