Dear ,

My customer ID is 1107054130 and my registered mobile number is 9718614202-

Pathetic service : It’s been 18 days and problem is not resolved didn’t expect this kind of a horrible service from a reputed company like tata sky despite multiple calls/mail to high authority (even to Nodal officer) Every time I get a message that the engineer visit has been reschedule for so an …so an date –as per last confirmation the engineer was supposed to come today i.e 22-08-2023, but now just I have received a message that the engineer will visit on the 31st August 2023 – same story tata sky team repeated multiple time from last 20-25 days .

Tata sky team make fool customer also they send third person to relocation on Last time on 20/08/2023

Services of Tata Sky are terrible. Whenever I make a complaint it will be sorted out after four to five days. Service center don’t respond within 4 hours. They don’t provide services on time. Pathetic service, I’m thinking of switching to another service.

Tatasky is adopting UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE and their attitude is not consumer friendly. They are taking advantage of their position and I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment they gave to 10 years old customers.

I am following up on my request from last 4 week and the technician closed the older ticket without even looking at the fault.
Re-opened a new ticket and after follow ups, he calls and now when I requested him to come over in the evening as per received confirmation for 22August Time Between 6 pm to 8 Pm , but he completely refused to come over.

I hope this letter taken on a serious note.and kindly relocate my tata sky asap.
