Hi Team
My name is Vikas Rana. I’m a customer of Jio. I’m unable to use their services and I have paid money to them. Today I have 3GB data pack and I have used just 1GB data.
I’m unbale to use 2Gb data as their services are not working. This is a usual thing with Jio. I have paid Money to them. They should provide data roll over to next month or day or they need to give credit of it as it’s not my fault.
Their services are not working then it’s their problem. Many times they did the same and now they denying to give credit or add data on next month. This is not fair. Please help me.
