I have not been getting many channels on my tata sky from about 1 month. Have complained numerous times. The first couple of time the technician came and atleast looked at the complaint and said there is a problem in the wire, and said we will rectify it the next day. No one turned up and have been complaining since. Every time i call the customer care number they say the earlier order is closed. When no one comes to rectify it then how can the order be closed. They take a new complain and next day its closed. Have 4 connections at my home. I am Mohit Vangani and my subscriber Id is – 1109408599.
