Hi,
I have ordered the medicines from Medlife on 6th March and it showed me the delivery in 2 to 3 days so I placed the order. Now today is 15th March and still, I did not receive my order.
I called 3 times to the Medlife customer and raised the complaint and they keep on telling me sorry for the delay and we are raising a complaint against the logistic. Medlife is not taking seriousness on any raised complaints and even not tracking the order. and also Medlife is not having an easy way to pay. Medlife is sending a link with a limited timeline for the Online payment.
This is a really bad service they are running, They are not taking any seriousness about the medicines. If we are getting this kind of issue then what is the point of ordering the medicines through Medlife online.
I have ordered the medicine in an emergency and I did not receive my order so I took the medicines from a local shop.
Requesting you please take serious action against Medlife.
