Its a complaint about Jio. I applied for Jio fiber like a month ago.I paid the the respective amount and firstly there was no connection box for fiber.Then I had to wait for 3 weeks for that connection box set up. And now it’s been more than a month and still they had not set up the Jio fiber. And whenever I call them they say it will be setting up by today.And today was last day and still they are not here.And when I called them they gave me number and told me to call on that number. And when I called on that number he denied about the set up and said there is no connection request in my area and started yelling at me. And after sometime the other person called a told me it will be set up by today.And still i am waiting and now they are not even answering my calls.I want a action against that employe and company service.
