Pathetic service of jio customer service which I have experience so far my issue is simple my internet is not working for more than 75 hours and it’s not resolved yet how long dose it takes to send a technitian jio customer support don’t have any option to get in touch with any senior where my issue can be escalated or not any info about when the tech guy be visiting due to your service my work is now getting hampered what should I do….also the technician and the person who set the teams are misbehaving they put my number on block list and the technicians refused to come…dues to this am facing many issuees
