I purchased a CPU from Syntronics on Amazon.in in October 2020 at a cost of Rs 16,299/-. Everything was nice and fine till March 2021. Suddenly we started facing problems with it. The CPU would turn off automatically. Since the product had a two-year warranty, I contacted the service person (Number given in the description of the product on Amazon). He didn’t respond properly stating “it’s already evening, I can’t answer your call, call me in the morning.” Because of his poor response, I tried to get it serviced in Bengaluru itself, but they said there was a problem with the motherboard of the CPU, and repairing it would cost about Rs. 5000/-.
After many days of trying that serviceman came into contact and asked to send the motherboard of that CPU to his address in Gujrat. I even sent the motherboard to him through Professional couriers on 19th April 2021 at a cost of Rs. 150/-. Later he had said it reached him, and he’s working on it. But unfortunately, due to the rise in Covid-19 cases, Lockdown was imposed and since then he has avoided my calls and messages. Now after almost 9 months of trying unsuccessfully, to contact him, I tried calling him from a different number. Now he has started arguing that he has not received the motherboard at all.
Please help us recover either the motherboard or the money we spent on the purchase of the product and courier and help the needy.
