I’m writing to formally raise a concern regarding the disappointing experience I had with your Jio AirFiber service and customer support team.
I had reached out to your customer care to report the issue of consistently slow network speeds, which have been affecting my daily activities. Unfortunately, not only was the network issue unresolved, but the customer care executive spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I expected helpful and courteous support, but was instead met with dismissiveness and rude behavior.
This level of service falls far short of what I expect from Jio, and I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure better treatment of customers and to resolve the technical issue with my connection as soon as possible.
Please investigate this matter and let me know the next steps to restore both reliable service and faith in Jio’s customer support
