My internet pack has been exhausted and like every month I was about to recharge with Rs.98 pack for an additional 12 GB net pack. But, the only internet pack showing for recharge is of Rs.401 which includes 30 GB data and one year subscription of Disney+Hotstar. I am already subscribed to one year premium subscription of Hotstar. I tried to contact customer care executive but couldn’t do that also as no option is available for contacting customer care exeutive in till free numbers (all of them). At a last option I had to recharge with Rs.401 to continue my data usage. I am a working person and need continuous data availability. Can you please clarify as to why I had to undergo an unnecessary recharge for this poor service of yours.
