Text of Complaint by Gajendra kumar:

  • I have booked a trimmer on amazon in 2019 on dilevery I have paid 388rupee to the dilevery boy.
  • But due to defect in object I have returned the order ,I have returned to the same person and he told me that money would be returned to me in my bank account. Due to lack of banking service I haven’t any card added to the amazon to pay .
  • I have also chat with a customer service but after adding the banking details to amazon despite the money had not been returned yet.the customer care told me it would return till 1st of July..
