This is the second instance that I am facing issues with Airtel with regards to resolution of my broadband services.
Its more than 10 hours that I have logged a complaint for my internet services and I was informed that someone will visit between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. No one came. Another message stated that engineer will visit at 5:00pm no one visited. Now I get a new message that some one will visit at 7:43 pm again no one visited.
This is not the first time I have faced the issue with resolution. 10 times you call the complaint number half of the time people hang up on your face saying that they are unable to hear.
