Dear sir/madam,

I had purchased a product of casual shirts from replytrend.in [Ads from facebook]

When i received the package after 4-5 days, the product was not what i had ordered.

Issue was a shirt with poor quality and different colours and different size.

I tried to reach them on their mentioned customer care email ids[help@replytrend.in] from their website and it seems they are not legitimate email ids.

Also when i received a phone call by the replytrend staff to confirm order it mentioned Fraud company on phone number identification application.

It’s totally fraud Company. The product which I ordered does not even match even 1%.

Also I tried to check my account on replytrend.in it said that my email has not been registered.{But I had ordered it from the same Email ID}

Request you to take action on them so that I can get my amount and none else will get cheated like me.
