I have deposited Rs 4560/ today (13th July 2019) as 12 months tatasky charges (12×379 per month= 4548/- Rs. 12 extra) but my account shows next recharge date as 6th July 2020. whereas it should be 12th August 2010.
As per account statement on tatasky Rs. 379/- is monthly charges not the 30 days charges. If tatasky does not give one month service to the costumers, it is cheating by the company.
It is unfortunate that tatasky is not giving credit of one month as per scheme in my account i.e. next recharge should be 12th August 2020 in my case. It is bad practice, not to give one month credit in my account once I have deposited 12 month charge. It is being denied by tatasky by giving a theoretical reason.
It is requested that my next due date shall be reflected as 12th August 2020 in my account.
