I Pallavi Keshav Tupe a customer of Jio (7709581209) from last one year. Earlier the Jio network was ok ok. But day by day it is getting worst. It’s difficult to load even a Google page to surf something.
Internet speed is always between 0.00 K/s to Max 20.0 K/s. Which is against the so called promises by Jio team.
If we call to customer care they say you live in area where Jio users are more so this is happening. But is this my fault??? If Jio users are more then is company charging less from us for not fulfilling there own promises?? What a pathetic answers we are getting.
Can’t even stream any youtuYo video. N above all its very shameful that myjio app never works for me neither Jio TV.. my Jio app is always loading…..
Calls suddenly drops without any reason and all network signs goes away and pop up comes as no service available. It’s not resumed untill I restart my mobile. I have to restart my mobile atleast 10 times a day. If i go to the flat next to me or to the other floor, then also pop comes as no service available or sim card not found. Everyone trying to call me out complaints your mobile is always switched off, which is not true.
Please guide me for taking legal actions against Jio. I am attaching screenshot of internet speed while sitting in gallery of my house to prove bad jio experience.
I don’t want to talk to customer care executives anymore as they don’t have solution and give same hopeless answers.
Please guide me on this.. how can I take legal action??
