Text of Complaint by Nirmala Ravi:

To whomsoever it may concern,

First off, the Vodofone network has gone from bad to worse. Calls get cut in between and i the network is very bad.One fine day, I lost my complete network. When I went to the service center I was told to resubmit all my documents. I had already submitted all my documents when I first got my connection so I don’t understand why I had to do it all over again. This is my second connection. I already have one connection for more than 9 years in Chennai.

To top it all, the customer service personnel – Susheela , at CMH road, Bangalore, was extremely rude to me and my father who had accompanied me.

She challenged me to escalate the matter regarding her rudeness. Is this because she is very sure that no action will be taken against her? What does this say about Vodofone’s service?

From a very unhappy customer who has a Vodofone connection for more than 9 years.
