Hi team I am the consistent user from very long time of your connection. But know from last 1and half year I am having bad or you can say worst experience while using this network.

in advertisement you are showing that your network is working absolutely fine even in remote or rural areas but my experience is worst while using in big city Delhi .

last week I did Recharge my phone with 4G data with 1.5GB/day but I am not even a single day able to utilise my data just because your network issue. When we have network then your plan is not working.

Please let me know how to port my network to other one and also I want my money back 🙁
