I am an Airtel user from GandhiNagar, Lakridhai, BandhRoad,Muzaffarpur, Bihar.Pin-842001.It has been a long session of complaining and ignoring between me and Airtel .But in Last few month its getting worse, first internet service got worse and there after their call service have “Call Drop ” as its upgraded feature. As I know TRAI has rules against -call drop.Still they are not taking actions against these fraudsters.
