I am a residence of Khuria, near polytechninc college, Shikhpura, 811103. We have complaint for infinite times regarding the network issue we face in our area. During the covid times our all online study was affected due to the bad network. At current issue remains the same. We are still persisting with the same bad network issue. Nobody at Jio want to hear us out. You can check the history of complaints made from this area in last 3 years. You will find numerous of complaint but no one is there to hear us out.
We want the company to take the immediate step to resolve the issue. This can only be sorted out by tower installation nearby.
