I have been using one prepaid Airtel number for a long time, this number suddenly stopped giving internet service and also stopped my outgoing service for around 2months even though I had paid for an unlimited pack. I Tried calling them and register a complaint but they accused me of a false complain. They said that my number was working fine and I had made some calls and am also using my internet just fine. I went to a Airtel store where they straightaway asked for money for sim replacement. Luckily my sim started working just fine after a week or so after I had called them to register the complaint. I thought it might have been a technical error and didn’t blame them for the inconveniences I had to go through. This time during this covid lockdown, again the same sim card stopped working and showing no signal .I had just recharged my phone, I tried reaching them through customer care but there is no response from their side. I tried to email my problem but still it was of no use. They have been doing this for a very long time and I’m only left with the option to never use Airtel again. Their Network is bad, along with their services and their customer relationship. I hope people understand and stop using this fraudulent company’s Network. I even have their services for wifi which is as worse astas the mobile connection. I’ll change that too. I also tried using their tv services which was unbearable and so changed back to my old television service. Airtel is a huge scam. Just earning money through advertising everywhere and using their Monopoly card in the market. Don’t use it. I have asked everyone around me about all that I d gone through and hope no one else have to go through all this. I’m attaching a photo where you can see how there is no signal on the second sim card.
