Dear All,
Hope my this letter reach you well. I would like to address my concern over my ethernet internet cable connection. I have been facing the internet connection problem for a while. Everytime i complain the ISP ( Internet service provider) they just make it assume like the problem is from headoffice and do not make any effort to resolve the issue. Even after paying the monthly service money, I am not getting a proper service from them but irresponsibility towards there work. It’s been several times that I faced issue and sometimes we have to be without internet for more than 2 days. Weather condition reason sometimes is acceptable not everytime. If they know that this is the issue happeing in this kind of weather. They should take beforehand precautions so the consumers dont get affected by it. I have been patient and now would like someone to take action against it. I heard the ethernet internet provider main office is in delhi. Would request to get this issue sorted at the earliest.
