Our Airtel BroadBand connection interrupts every now and then has very poor connectivity. Though we often raised complaint to Airtel Customer Care, we are yet to get a permanent resolution. We have already paid Rs. 12,163.44/- as 6 months rental, the service from Airtel is very dis-satisfactory. On 27th March we raised another complaint as there is a frequent disconnection of the Internet, no one from Airtel came to resolve the issue. I do hereby submitting our consumer complaint notice against Airtel. Please take the necessary action.
