i have raised many complaints about bad internet connectivity also i was communicate with airtel official member many time regarding issue. when i was trying to port my sim i got a call from airtel sir we will improve our network in your area with in seven days dont port your sim for those issue it will got resolve soon. i was warn them i will not pay next month your bill if my query not resolved.but they never take seriously any complaint whenever we complaints about network issue they mail me problem will got resolved with in 7 days after 7 day i called them or mail them they rply me we accepted yours complaint it will got resolved in next 7 days airtel makes us fool from last 5 month if i not paid the bill they stop my services .
