Dear Sir,
I have book tickets for “SARKARU VARI PATA” LEPL INOX in Vijayawada at 3:05pm show with my family. We have got allotted seat no’s C:24 & C:25. I have got seat which was completed damaged and not comfortable for sitting. Throughout the movie it caused me uncomfortable and inconvenience to me. I have attached the screenshot of the photos of that chairs current condition for your reference.
I have paid Rs700 for this movie. I asked them to give tickets without combo but they refused me and I was paid money for tickets with combo. But they have interested to collected money from the audiences but not in quality service. In the middle of the show when do I go and whom do I ask regarding this?
I have spent my time and money for this particular event and I was expected a good hospitality from the LEPL INOX, Vijayawada management but I couldn’t. I have never expected like this even I did not experience this kind of inconvenience before.
As a valuable audience like me INOX Management should have taken care before once let us passed in.So they will have to accountable to me.
I hope I was expecting a good response and compensation from them which has caused for me.
I raised a complaint to the management and had waited 5 days but they simply said sorry. I won’t take this in simple manner sorry
