The order placed though zoop online food delivery in very bad and below satisfactory. Our order was different and incomplete to what we ordered by ticket id 59391

I also got the rotten food with bad smell today from a restaurant named Chal le India at Mathura Jn. The food was booked from ZoopIndia website. Train no. 22182, NZM-JBP; order ID: ZO805714579, Date: 9th May 2024, Seat no. M1, 73.
Food items such as water bottle, pickle etc. were also missing. Food was not worth eating as it was rotten so I ended up with throwing the food in garbage. I requested them for return. But no response so far from team Zoop. Very Pathetic. IRCTC must not Authorized such unprofessional distributors and keep an eye open on restaurants delivering food on railway station. Only prestigious restaurant must be allowed for such food delivery service. I am very dissipointed. No refund, no follow up on complain so far.
