Hi,
MPL is looting people by saying that the game got disconnected due to network issue(MPL Pro app). There have been many instances where I have won the game but amount got deducted from my account and whenever I contacted their Customer Support, they only support through Chat and always provided a Standard Drafted replies to all the consumers. They don’t provide their contact number or any email address where the concern can be raised to their Supervisor. I am writing the name of the people I contacted with Amit Kumar Goswami (KT_Goswami Amitkumar), Ayesha Mehnaz (RM_Ayesha Mehnaz), Abhilash (RM_Abhilash), M Srilakshmi (RM_Srilakshmi M), Bhavana Umeshbilgi (RM_Bhavana Umeshbilgi). This is suspicious that they don’t have any email address or contact number for customer support.
In Short, MPL is looting people of their hard earned Money and also via cheating. Please look into this issue. They are doing this with many consumers and making crores out of it. They should be penalized heavily for these actions and should compensate all the people being duped due to such frauds.
Looking forward to see positive response and action against MPL. They should be penalized banned for looting people.
