I have recharged my sim on 3rd of August for 155 with 1gb data and unlimited calls the data stopped working so i recharged another 19 and 64 on data as an add on but it said the pack has expired the validity was got 28 days this happened on 8th of August itself registered a complain on Airtel no way to contact an actual person it’s the machine codes . The complain resolution date estimate was on 29th of August my pack would expire on 30th of August ie, 1 day before the expiry so the 155 65 and 19 are just wasted till the resolution and after resolution I can use it for just one day no refund scheme available
